Plan for the future time after Alternative Business Structures

You can build the cruise liner, stock the kitchens, make the beds, recruit the staff and fire up the engines, but if the captain, crew and (more importantly) the guests don’t know where the cruise is going it is just a waste of time.

As my old friend (long standing that is) Ray Gordon says, “If you don’t know where you are starting from and you don’t know where you are going to, you might as well stay at home – Lawyers are constantly trying to hold up the ‘operational bar-bell’ with no time to put it down to determine their future. Once the ‘big brands’ are competing with the lawyers, trying to respond may be just too late”.

As Elliot Vigar, Head of Regulation at The Law Society of England and Wales said in a recent presentation – “Preparing for ABS – Do not ignore it!”

Doing nothing is not an option.
